Frames
I do not offer frames or framing.
This way it saves on the cost of shipping, the risk of breakage of the frame or damage to your painting and allows you to choose whichever frame suits your style and budget.
Payment
Payment is due in full before the order is started.
All sales are final.
Wait time starts from the date of payment.
I take Venmo or PayPal.
Venmo and PayPal orders have an additional 3% service fee, which is charged to me by Venmo/PayPal.
International customers are responsible for any fees associated with PayPal for their orders. This will be calculated for your specific order.
Pricing is quoted in USD.

Please sign up for tracking alerts on your package when I send you the information. Keeping an eye on its delivery will make all the difference during the holidays. When it is delivered, check your mail or surrounding areas.
**All paintings are shipped insured.
I cannot do anything or put in a claim if it shows “delivered.”
Please keep this in mind and keep an eye on your tracking.
I have no control once the carrier scans in the package.
In the rare event of a missing package, you may file a claim with USPS.
Go to USPS.com for more information.
They will not process a claim when it shows it was delivered to your address.
International Shipping
Custom Fees & Duties
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.
Printed Items
All printed items will ship separately from the manufacturer.
Separate shipping charges apply.
Items take about 1-2 weeks to ship but can take longer during the holidays. As we get closer to the holidays, I will provide you with a more accurate estimate. Shipping and production delays may occur.
If an item is out of stock and you have already ordered/paid for it, you will receive a refund for that portion of your order.

Live Painting Events
To ensure your date is reserved—especially during peak seasons—early booking is highly recommended.
Important Info:
Booking should be made at least 2 months in advance
Holiday dates fill quickly, so please reach out as early as possible
All pricing is based in the DFW area
Travel outside DFW may be available upon request (custom quote provided)
Travel requests are limited, so please request information about booking 4-6 months out. September- January are my busiest months and may not be available.

Booking & Payment Policy:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Because the entire day is dedicated exclusively to your event, I do not book multiple events on the same day. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event.
Please note that all sales are final, and discounts do not apply to this service.

All custom designs created by Caitlin McConnell are owned by Caitlin McConnell. This includes custom orders, paintings of any kind, digital copies, patterns, and design elements.
Caitlin McConnell all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Caitlin McConnell and may be used in the reasonable course of Caitlin McConnell’s business. Caitlin McConnell has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
